|  Golden Independent School Golden's only private, non-profit elementary school is located next to the Clubhouse on the GRCA grounds. GIS serves children ages 4 1/2 to 12 throughout the school year and offers affordable after-school childcare as well. The school also sponsors a variety of summer programs including a series of free adult classes and seminars.
